today we had a workshop about how to improve our marketing at sweet dreams. the workshop was presented by karen kennedy who is a entrepreneur in san francisco. she taught us about cold calling and how to promote our products to new shops. first she gave us a script on what to say inĀ  phone calls. some people wrote their own script that they felt more comfortable saying. next we practiced by doing phone calls back to back as if doing role playing. i felt nervous at first but at the end i became more confident. now i’ll be more prepare for the next time i do my firstĀ  real cold call.
