Our dream pillows are made from 100% cotton and satin. We offer two options of herbal blends: lavender, chamomile, and mugwort or lavender, chamomile, and hops.

They are 4.5 × 4.5 (in) and are about 1¾ (in) thick.
All sweet dreams products are hand crafted therefore size is slightly approximate.

To Heat: place neck pillow in microwave and heat at 15 sec intervals on medium setting until it reaches desired temperature.
To Cool: place pillow in a ziplock plastic bag in the freezer until it reaches desired temperature.
